The long wait is over! Here is the list of the 165 students who will advance to the Panel Interviews!After rigorously screening 718 applications received online from student leaders of top schools and universities all over the country, 165 are selected to proceed to the final phase of the 17th Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC 2015) selection process – the Panel Interviews. It will be on November 18, 20-21, 2014 at the Makati Stock Exchange Building, Makati City.
At the interviews, these 165 qualifiers will face panels composed of senior executives and HR personnel from the Ayala Group of Companies and will vie for a spot as a delegate to the Congress on February 10-13, 2014. The annual leadership summit will help them learn from each others’ leadership experiences and will further develop their skills as servant leaders of the country.
Now on its 17th year, the AYLC is a concrete expression of the Ayala Group’s commitment to national development.
