Does lightning strikes twice?

Does lightning strikes twice?....that is the hottest question now in the Philippines' politics....now that most people wants Senator Noy noy Aquino to run for the Presidential Position for the 2010 National Election....

We made history during the Edsa revolution when people voted yes to have a snap election and the former Pres.Aquino was the choice of the people to run against Pres.Marcos and the people's voice was heard and we were freed from the dictatorship regime.

And now as the Former Pres.Aquino passed away and again the voice of the people are crying for another lightning that can free our country from these misery.

For me it can be.... he does'nt have a bad record and Senator Mar Roxas gave way (though he knew he has a good chance of winning)for him to run means that is also a sign that we can see hope for our Country.
